Another Project Successfully Boxed Off
We recently wrapped up a fantastic project that pushed our skills in all the right ways. Completed on a Saturday, this job involved both internal and external plastering and turned out to be one of those projects that really reminds you why attention to detail and experience matter.
From the outset, this wasn’t a standard, straight-line plastering job. The property featured a range of curves, angles and exposed beams, making the internal work far more intricate than the average room skim. Projects like this demand patience, precision and a steady hand — and it’s safe to say the team delivered.
Complex Internal Plastering with Character Features
Internally, the plastering work required careful planning and execution. Curved walls, angled ceilings and structural beams meant every section needed to be treated individually. There was no room for rushing or cutting corners.

Full External Silicone Render with 150mm Insulation
Externally, the property was fitted with a complete 150mm insulated silicone render system. This modern system not only dramatically improves the appearance of the building but also offers excellent thermal performance and long-term protection.
The insulation layer helps to improve energy efficiency, keeping the property warmer in winter and cooler in summer. On top of that, the silicone render finish is breathable, water-repellent and highly resistant to cracking, making it ideal for properties exposed to the South West’s changing weather conditions.
Preparation was key here too, ensuring the insulation boards were securely fixed and perfectly aligned before the render was applied. The final finish delivers a clean, contemporary look that will stand the test of time with minimal maintenance.
